Our Service Department in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire is open from 9.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Please call us on 0844 745 1980 if you have any questions or need help with any PowerPro product. We have found through experience, that over 90% of problems can be resolved quickly and easily over the phone.

If you need to return your trolley to us for any reason, it is essential that you contact us for a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). We cannot accept any goods without this prior authorisation.

We can also arrange for your golf trolley to be picked up from your home or any other convenient address if you wish. It is essential that any trolley to be returned is securely packed and boxed for safe transit. We cannot accept any responsibility for damage in transit if the trolley is not securely packed.

When contacting our Service Department, it would be helpful if you could have the following information to hand:

• Your original Invoice/Delivery note number
• Your name and address
• A contact phone number.
